By creating an account or using Voipy services you agree to these terms. If you are entering on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind it.
Voipy provides AI-powered phone answering, call screening, and related software. Service features may change over time. We may add, remove, or adjust features to improve the product.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys and passwords confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@voipy.app if you suspect compromise.
Published prices are plan targets, not an automatic checkout offer. Before paid service begins, we confirm the selected plan, activation date, renewal terms, usage charges, and any onboarding cost in an order form. The public demo does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Cancellation and refund terms are stated in the order form accepted before activation. No payment card is charged automatically from the public demo.
You may cancel any time in the portal or by emailing support@voipy.app. We may suspend or terminate the service for violations of these terms or non-payment.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for maintaining a fallback phone path for business-critical calls during outages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voipy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and a notice in the portal at least 14 days before taking effect.
