By creating an account or using Voipy services you agree to these terms. If you are entering on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind it.
Voipy provides AI-powered phone answering, call screening, and related software. Service features may change over time. We may add, remove, or adjust features to improve the product.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys and passwords confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@voipy.app if you suspect compromise.
Plans and usage pricing are shown at signup. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before trial end. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Overage usage is billed on a metered basis where applicable.
We will refund the most recent monthly charge on request within 14 days of billing if you have not made substantial use of the service. Metered usage fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel any time in the portal or by emailing support@voipy.app. We may suspend or terminate the service for violations of these terms or non-payment.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for maintaining a fallback phone path for business-critical calls during outages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voipy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and a notice in the portal at least 14 days before taking effect.
